The location is on the edge of the commercial and residential sections, so it was not quiet but we weren't expecting it to be. "I loved the property and my room. Parking was easy and I love a free breakfast. I did not love that it sounded like the Jolly Green Giant was in the room above me. Nor did I like that I could hear voices and snoring on the other side of my headboard. And there was the guest loudly arguing & cursing on his phone in the presence of a child. "We visited for Thanksgiving. There is ample room to be by oneself, as well as interact with the group. The kitchen is large and works well for mulitple people helping to cook. We did have some trouble with the lights. While the switches are labeled it wasn't always easy to find the switch for the light one was looking for."

The only two cons were the bed was very soft and didn’t feel super stable/supportive and you can hear the walking/stomping etc from place above. Communicating with the property manager was easy and they responded quickly to questions. My daughter ended up staying with my daughters’ that live here because the “sleeper sofa” was actually a crappy futon.
