decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they should just supply a nespresso machine instead. This is a place that does and provides the absolute minimum for maximum cost savings. Honestly I get more for the same price elsewhere in the area

Great access to main train HB station. Great breakfast and coffee machine. Tiny room, bathroom horrible & no fan for shower moisture. Very awful and slippery shower tub combo. Also it’s 10 inches higher than the floor difficult access. Best part is across the street is the best bar with patio and best bartender very. It’s called I’ll Barrett! Lots of graffiti in buildings but still felt safe. Construction during week days very loud. Prefect on the weekends, they don’t work and very quite.

Beautifully furnished, small but lovely bathroom. Friendly and responsive front desk staff, excellent location a block away fro the opera, close to lake Zurich and short walk to the center.

First people need to know to use the Tram from the train station. The walk involves hills and stairs, very hard with suitcases. Suggest you go to the Info Center in the train station before you head to the hotel. It was very helpful. You can book transportation and tours in the SBB office in the train station as well. The hotel is totally self serve, you communicate via WhatsApp, so very out of synch, not helpful. The room and bathroom were very nice with air conditioning. The Tram is just outside the door, so transportation was very easy.
