Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent. Close to the old town area and about 15 minutes walk from the train station.
We didn't use the pool or spa but it was available.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. We would stay again.

The rooms were okay, but the bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good. Most of the staff were okay, but unfortunately, the lady at the water park reception was rude and unhelpful. She would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally.

Room was clean and comfortable. One down side is that the A/C was not working and I was not able to cool the room down at night for sleeping.
Amenities were nice, but sauna was run down and in disrepair.
