« My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! « I have staying at this property twice a year since 2017. Unfortunately this time wasn’t the best. There was no hot water at the sink or soap in the dispenser in the shower. The room was a little rough and had a musty smell. The TV only worked on one channel and believe me I tried. The lady who checked us in was very nice. There was no one around at checkout which was too bad because I would have let her know about the room. My wife who has been there several times said it was time to find a...
