"Gorgeous property with plenty of space. Views were spectacular. The only complaint I would have is that the wifi is not real strong. I found it to be important because of having to communicate with our driver."

"We had a wonderful stay here. It was made even better due to Dan, who lives on site and helped us out with groceries, recommendations, and transportation. The view is amazing! I would definitely stay here again. "

"This house is beautiful and comfortable. Angela was a great host- very responsive to anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were big, the pool was so much fun. We would absolutely stay here again. The train station is only a short drive away, making it very easy to get into Florence. We had an amazing stay here."

everything about this hotel is just that perfect
from the day we arrived to the day we left the management alesandro/marchella/stefano and staff could not
do enough for the 6 of us. they even arranged for a doctors phone call for one of us. the hotel is set next to the villa casteltti and the grounds are perfect. this was our second visit and we hope for a third. our only regret is having to leave. dont miss out on staying here its the best.

Giulia, Alessandro, Paolo were extremely hospitable and very helpful! From their recommendations for wine tasting in the area, restaurant selections and just incredibly friendly hosts! Their English is excellent and would recommend folks to put this destination in their plans when visiting the Florence area! Grazi Mille i nostri nuovi amici!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay, just what we had hoped for. The hotel is set in an old monastery / church grounds and although a few km out of town, we used the hotel shuttle. The hotel has modern rooms, excellent facilities (eg pool, bar) and a great restaurant. We loved every bit of our stay, we will be back. Thanks to all the amazing staff at Country Hotel Borgo Sant'Ippolito.

Clean room and great location just beside the train station (could hardly hear any trains).
Easy access into Florence by train.
Although the place is a bit worn, it seems to be well maintained.
The place seems to cater to tourist buses as we noticed one or two every day.

We stayed at the Frienze 500 August 17-19. We wish we had more days. The hotel is Tuscan Dream.
The rooms are a perfect blend of modern - rustic. The rooms are a great size with all the amenities you could wish for.
Breakfast was terrific, with made to order cappuccino, good selection of juices, fresh baked selection of croissants and buns. Good selection of cheeses and prosciutto.
It's proximanity to Florence leaves the hotel and it's infinity pool deserted except 2-3 groups of people. At...
