Has a little wear but good use of space and comfortably held a family of 4 with friends coming in and out. The pool hot tub is wonderful and we spent 90% of our time outside so it was a great space for us The village is quite a ways a way. Owner was responsive yes but several things not working ex: TVs (had to be connected to internet), grill, fireplace and pool automation acting up. Lots of room in the house and it was really clean and well-kept. The outside looked really tropical and we were surprised at how big the pool and hot tub were.
