It features a lanai that is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This condo on Siesta Key, Florida offers a harmonious blend of comfort and coastal charm. The living room and kitchen offer a breathtaking view of the beach and the amazing sunsets. The bedrooms are located down the hall. The first bedroom has a King bed with a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed and is located at the back of the unit making this room separated from the main living area, offering a quiet room for the kids during nap times or the adults needing a couple of extra minutes to sleep in without being disturbed by the people in the living room. It has 2 Twin roll away beds for extra guest. It sleeps up to 6 people. The heart of the home is an open-concept living area, combining the kitchen, dining room, and living room into one cohesive space. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals while entertaining. The dining area showcases a glass-top table with wooden chairs, illuminated by an elegant chandelier. The living room is anchored by a large, comfortable leather sectional, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Throughout the condo, coastal-inspired artwork and a soothing color palette of whites, blues, and warm wood tones create a serene atmosphere. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow ample natural light to flood the space, while also providing access to outdoor areas. The bedrooms feature comfortable furnishings and continue the beachy theme with appropriate decor. Bathrooms are clean and functional, with ample storage in white vanities. Tiled flooring throughout the condo adds a touch of elegance while being practical for beach living. This well-designed space efficiently utilizes its space, offering both comfort and style in a prime Sarasota location. This unit Features: Beach front property! Easy access on and off the Island! No loading up a car or crossing streets just walk out of the building onto the sand! 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom. Sleeps up to 6 people. Screened in lanai with patio furniture. Full kitchen, dining area, Tv in each room with free Wi-Fi. Shared resort amenities: Heated pool, Private Beach, BBQ area with gas grills. Beach chairs provided. Beach personnel you can rent an umbrella from. Beach towels included. Bed linens and bath towels included. We do not have a linen service if you would like fresh linen you will have to wash them. We did have a problem with ants. Also the master bedroom ceiling fan glass globe was broken and one dresser drawer was broken. To be honest are biggest pet pevy was all the threat of fines if you left more than 3 towels beach and shower towels dirty or if you left food. Sometimes we leave perfectly good food for the housekeepers. Also a fine if we didn’t clean all the dishes and put them away. Every other place we have stayed you just needed to run the dishwasher and cleaners put the dishes away. We had 404N also and they had no threat of fines. ##### Angelita s.
