The pool area was kept up. Didn’t really meet any staff as everything was done via email except deposit. Upon talking with them she was very pleasant. The beach equipment could use a little updating such as the beach umbrella to withstand the breezes at the beach. The checkin process is a bit complicated, as the front office is only open for a few hours per day. It was quiet for most of our stay, new people moved in to the condo above us on our last day/night and were very loud with music until 1am. Been coming here for many years and even though the ownership has changed the quality has not declined. They graciously accommodated us even though some of the units in their other buildings were not ready for our arrival. In the main building where we stayed we saw no evidence of any damage. It was clean and had everything we needed.
