The pool area was kept up. Didn’t really meet any staff as everything was done via email except deposit. Upon talking with them she was very pleasant. The beach equipment could use a little updating such as the beach umbrella to withstand the breezes at the beach. The checkin process is a bit complicated, as the front office is only open for a few hours per day. It was quiet for most of our stay, new people moved in to the condo above us on our last day/night and were very loud with music until 1am.
