"La atención fue de 10. Jenifer estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y de que no faltara de nada.
El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones y se puede ir con niños sin problema. Además estaba muy limpio.
Estuvimos unos días en los que hacía bastante frío y costó un poquito que el apartamento cogiera temperatura pero luego estuvimos muy bien.
A 10-15 minutos de Granadas en coche y con supermercados cerca.

Great location on the main plaza with easy access to many ski rental shops, ski pass purchase, ski lessons, restaurants, pubs, cafes, supermarket. Hotel is attached to large underground parking garage. Everything you need for a ski weekend.

Fantastic hotel. Located on a hilly city, it overlooks the valley where Granada is located offering a splendid view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Mine had a private balcony. The main terrasse has a pool and plenty of seating options. They offer a varied breakfast and several dining options. I will remember this stay for my entire life so much I enjoyed it.

This hotel is a gem. Off the beaten path. Beautiful buildings and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.
The twin beds were too short. Both of our feet hung off the end.
While dining, the waitress who was from England was unfriendly and did not acknowledge us when we said gracios. She also did our check out and did not say thank you for staying with us, goodbye, have a good day…. I said goodbye, have a good day, so she finally...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The staff was warm and friendly and the hotel was centrally located. Carlos, at the front desk, helped make our stay memorable!! My husband and I decided to take an impromptu trip to Nerja. Carlos helped us make car rental arrangements and even recommended an excellent lunch place by the beach.
