"This a city centre hotel in a traditional building in a busy location very close to the main shopping area. The inside was more modern and but had been nicely converted. Getting to by car was a challenge as it sits within a restricted zone. Follow yellow signs for the Victoria public car park as there appears to only one way in through semi pedestrian streets.
