Walking distance to pub street and markets. The rooms were nice and big with a nice balcony, the breakfast was plentiful, the pool was nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again

Great stay!!
Perfect stay jn Siem Reap. All of the staff...including the Tuc Tuc driver Mr Sarith were wonderful!! Pool area was pleasant and refreshing. Wonderful breakfast with a mix of asian and western choices. I think some of the in season juices were freshly squeezed. Great water pressure/shower area and comfortable beds. Lastly...busy-ness of markets and pub street just a 10 min walk away.

Nice boutique resort
The hotel is a small contemporary boutique hotel! The room is clean and big! The shower room has plenty space! I am very surprised that there is no mosquito or lizards into the room. The restaurant also provided excellent food and services, especially thanks to Sreynoch Chom who serving us really well ! We ate 3 evenings because we are exhausted after visiting the temples and pampering by their good derives! Only one bad memory is the male front desk on the day check out, he wasn’t very enthusiastic while the female front desk are urging him to help us carry the luggages to the car and he did not! Overall all the female staffs are very polite and nicely trained in the hotel.

Excellent property. Worth every penny of the stay at Lynnaya. The resort is nearby to the pub-street & other markets. The amenities provided by the resort and very good and the staff are very much co-operative.

Great hotel in Siem Reap
I chose Lynnaya hotel in Siem Reap based on feedback of its customers and based on the wonderful pictures. I did not regret my choice: the hotel was great! It is very cosy, rooms are big, clean, the bed is very comfortable. The dining room on the first floor looks pretty, and the food was nice. The staff was helpful, accomodating and friendly. Special thanks to our driver Chetra, who drove us to the temples and to the places of shopping when we asked for. The vehicles were also great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives, as weĺl as to anybody!

Fantastic . Nice Room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed 4 nights breakfast was excellent, restaurant on roof was super. Pool was great. A little minus it was very difficult to get a sun bed for some hours - some guests placed their towel on the sun bed from the morning and many hours without staying at the pool.

This is a great hotel, and the room with a bath outside was perfect. Its in a good locations and accessible to most areas you want to visit. Just along the river, so its scenic as well. Good for in the restaurant as well.

As a solo traveller, I had a wonderful stay at Lynnaya despite some noise issue with the local festival. The annual water festival was going on during my stay at Lynnaya; loud music was pumped into the hotel until 2am every night because the mobile stages were setup right against the wall of Lynnaya by the festival organizers. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate by transferring guests to rooms that were less affected by the music. Meta, the assitant manager on duty was warm and helpful, he took the time to explain the local festivities and the history behind the festival. The entire Lynnaya team were attentive and accommodating, I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

The property is very clean and the staff is great. There are a few options around, but the onsite restaurant has many options and there are tuk tuks outside waiting to take you to the Center of town. (Or it is easily walkable). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Room was huge and had a lovely balcony with garden view. Room and grounds were clean and particularly loved the pool area and the roof top restaurant where we enjoyed cocktails and our anniversary dinner. They decorated our bed that night with beautiful red rose petals and left two red roses in a vase. Most appreciated and very kind.Breakfast was al le carte some mornings and when busy was a buffet. We enjoyed the buffet and the selection was quite comprehensive. Sibon made us some wonderful iced cappuccinos, remembered our preferences and a pot of ginger tea. Would highly recommend this resort. There was nothing to fault.

Great Staff, Polite, Professional, and very accommodating. Got in much earlier than expected and they did everything possible to prepare my room and get me checked in. Location was perfectly situated; not too far from temples and close to Market and shopping. Would stay here again if opportunity arises to return to Siem Reap. Highly recommend.

An excellent hotel nestled by the river.
Great hotel. Convenient location. Room was clean. Enjoyed the welcome drinks and local fruit provided in the room. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a good selection of dishes and cocktails. The fish amok was delicious. Breakfast selection was also good. We enjoyed the freshly cooked soup noodles as an alternative to the regular eggs, sausages, bacon and toast. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. The Spa was amazing. Will definitely come back.

Incredible customer service, staff really made us feel like VIP’s. The room was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Great restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the pool area and rooftop bar. Fantastic spa services. Staff helped us make arrangements for local guides and Tuk-Tuk. Well, This whole experience was actually terrible, At the time of check in i was told about the VIP aminities offered but at the time of check out none was given. They has a promotion on at the spa on 3 hours mani/pedi and a massage. Let tell you i almost lost my fingers. the therapist was terrible . I lost my Huawei phone in the room, I checked out 2 days earlier, no refund. Complained to Expedia about my experience, They contacted the Hotel they sent a short email, basically saying too bad for you. There was no follow up or anything about my lost phone. The swimming pool is Kiddie pool and very small. I was just completely disappointed.There are better option available around for this over priced Hotel. I fell for the previous reviews, nothing was same but one thing they do have great cocktails, that's pretty much it.

We tried to contact and feedback to you through Expedia but my responeded was rejected. -VIP amenities while you checked in our receptionist who checked in you they informed you one by one here is details: - Pick up one way from airport to our hotel - 10% discount on F&B - 20% discount for spa - 20% discount for laundry - Free upgrade to room next cetegory upon room available only - Free 20 mins foot massage for 2pax per stay But you did the massage it was Spa packages and therapist also informed that for packages no any discount because it was special already otherwise when you checked out you did not get any discount. Lost your phone: We checked with our housekeeping staff who checked your room upon checkout they said they did not found any phone(Huawei) in the room. Refund 2 nights back: To be fair for hotel could you please kindly remove your review from Expedia.com then we will refund for you 2 nights only for 2 bookings for compensation during you stayed here did not meet your expectation. Again, thanks for your advise us, we will train our team to improve more for front desk and Spa. Looking to hear from you soon.

For anyone wishing to visit Siem Reap I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Excellent staff and facilities, but also its location. It is within an easy walk of the Pub Street area and far enough away to be quiet. You are better here overlooking the lovely little river than in the bigger hotels out on the airport or Angkor roads.

Exemplary Service
Hotels.com had incorrect info on website regarding amenities so we expected a pool side room with balcony which the hotel does not have. You either have poolside or balcony. Also listed was washer and dryer, bathtub with jets, all of which is not available. However, the Manager, Mr Stefan, was most obliging & accommodating. After explaining that the incorrect info was supplied by Hotels.com, he nevertheless offered to upgrade us to a suite He gave us a late checkout, with a complimentary transfer to airport. Excellent, exemplary service with a smile from all the staff.
