Vi havde valgt stedet, da beskrivelsen og billederne beskrev et meget børnevenligt sted. Vi var afsted med et barn på 3,5 år, som havde set billederne, så skuffelsen var stor, da vi ankom. Der var en fin pool, med en masse vand, der sprøjtede med ret meget tryk og den viste spa og sauna var forsømt og kunne ikke benyttes og sidst, men ikke mindst, så var der ingen legeplads. Den var ikke-eksisterende. En lidt ærgerlig oplevelse, da stedet ligger 6 km udenfor byen midt i ingenting.

Gut war: -die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und gaben sich mühe -Sie haben einen guten Tuktukfahrer -es waren einige tuktukfahrten und ein Flughafentransfer inklusive. Schlecht war: -Wir waren die enzigen Gäste, da der neue Flughafen auf der anderen Seite der Statt eröffnet hat, läuft es nicht mehr… -Es war nicht sauber (Spinnenweben und dreck unter dem Bett) -Wihrlpool war nicht in betrieb und sehr dreckig -Das Essen ging sehr lange und war eher schlecht -Es ging ca. 25Minuten, bis sie die Zahlung mit der Kreditkarte verarbeitet haben. Wir gehen sicher nicht mehr. Die Preis/Leistung stimmt gar nicht.

Beautiful chalet style hotel with nice facilities

This is a beautiful hotel, with nice facilities for families: Pool with slides and children toys, pool bad, Spa, children play room, gym and veeeery spacious accomodations. The staff was extremely nice and hepful, always with a smile. The cons: breakfast very limited and a bit far from the city center (Always tuk tuk and free shuttle available if you want to go though). Also the area is very dusty in dry season, so the rooms were not squeakly-clean, but it is not really their fault, as all of Siem Reap is basically covered in dust. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay bakc if we have the chance.

Clean and safe. No Jetted tub.

The Hotel was very good! The suite we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with several meals to choose from. Our only complaint was that the room advertised a jetted tub. According to the staff, there are no jetted tubs. There is a common area jacuzzi though.

Like paradise in Cambodia

This location is about one year old, and its occupancy was very low for the start of tourism season. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and they went out of their way to provide every service. My girlfriend had an illness during our stay and needed the hospital on our second night there. Due to "infrastructure" in Cambodia, we needed a tuk tuk for hospital transport, which the front desk was able to locate for us at 3 AM. The atmosphere and accomodations are better than the photos. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

We had a great stay at the resort. The resort is very family friendly and the kids loved the pool slides. The resort is a little far from Siem reap itself but there is a shuttle service that runs for free from the hotel and it is not expensive to get a taxi or tuk tuk. The resort restaurant was nice but you wouldn’t want to eat there every night. The hotel spa was great I had a few different massages that were good value for money and very relaxing. All the staff were very attentive and I would definitely stay at the resort again.

Kids friendly resort

We stayed 5 nights in BB Angkor Green Resort, and feel very comfortable and enjoyable. The main reason I chose this hotel was that there is only one hotel with water slides in Angkor’s hotel. My kids (aged 6,10) love them so much, played in the pool with lots of fun. Absolutely it is a good choice with kids family staying. All staffs in hotel are very helpful and polite. Free shuttle for airport and 3 scheduled per day to city and back that is great ! Love it! Thanks all lovely staffs.

This is a fantastic base for families to visit Siem Reap. It is close to the airport and very far from town, so be aware that to go into town will be a 20 min tuktuk ride. If you want to be able to walk to other eateries, this is not the resort for you. It’s beautifully designed and incredibly green. The Swimming pool was just what my young girls needed after a hit morning exploring the Temples. The menu is fine, and they will deliver any food/ drinks to your room. We had a well-equipped kitchen we could use, two bathrooms, a huge living/dining space, and very comfortable beds. The staff were always very happy to make any arrangements for you. I’d highly recommend it to people with young families.

Schöne grüne Hotelanlage super ruhig gelegen und mit tollen großen Bungalows. Alles sauber und besonders für Familien hervorzuheben ist der Pool mit Rutschen und schönem Spielbereich. Das Frühstück war a la Carte und sehr lecker. Danke Mr. Likar für die netten Gespräche und Tips am Frühstück. Das Personal war generell stets freundlich. Das Hotel ist erst wenige Monate alt und es gibt noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern die wir einfach an dieser Stelle gerne anbringen möchten. Die kostenfreien Shuttelzeiten in die doch weit entfernte stadt sollten angepasst werden. Momentan gibt es einen morgens, einen mittags und einen abends um 18.30 in Richtung Stadt allerdings besteht die möglichkeit wieder raus zu fahren abends erst um 21.30 und das ist für Kinder dann doch zu spät. Für die Taxifahrer in der Stadt ist die unterkunft eher schwer zu finden und es kann abenteuerlich werden. Für Leute die nur auf Touren sind ist das jedoch kaum ein Problem. Auch zu verbessern wäre meiner Meinung nach am Frühstück für Kinder wenigstens ein Glas Wasser kostenlos zu servieren. Es gab für Kinder morgens nur Saft kostenfrei (klar so viel man wollte), aber sonst halt leider nichts. Für ein kleines Wasser mussten wir 2 USD draufzahlen. Das fanden wir echt heftig... auch wurde im Gespräch irgendwann kurz vor dem Check out erwähnt dass es kostenfreie Fahrräder zu leihen gibt, diese Information wäre beim Check in sehr hilfreich gewesen. Es war trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Relax and Enjoy Yourself

My stay here was very pleasant because of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. I enjoyed the natural and beautiful tropical garden surroundings. I found many relaxing activities such as swimming and a sauna. Chob and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is many tour options available for trips to the temples and the transportation is easy to find and inexpensive.

雖然在郊區，但有免費接駁車到巿區，幾乎每晚都坐接駁車逛夜士。飯店設施都很棒！但我們住的是家庭景觀房面對泳池，在客廳及廚房是沒有冷氣的，所以有開火時，用餐會較熱一點點，而在房間內就有冷氣了！雖如此，也不影響我對這飯店的稱讚，畢竟員工都很親切合善。有機會再來暹粒的話，我會選擇再入住。

카보디아 최고의 어린이 수영장을 보유하고 있습니다!! 7세 6세 남자아이 둘과 함께 숙박했고 한국어 아용후기가 없어서 정말 사진과 같은 시설인지 확신하지 못하고 출발했는데 ..정말 사진보다 훨씬 분위기가 좋았고 직원들도 친절했습니다 수영장은 사진과 동일합니다 리조트 규모는 작지만 작은만큼 관리가 잘되어있습니다 단점은 조식이 약간 부실, 시내에서 멀다 정도 입니다 어린이 동반 가족여행 호텔로 강력추천합니다 여기 묵은뒤에 시내에 5성급 호텔에 목었는데 아이들은 수영장 시설때문에 오히려 투덜거릴 정도였습니다 ㅋ
