"The house is older than I gathered from online photos, but was fine. The kitchen has everything you might need, much better-supplied than most places. Books, games,lots of streaming stations on big TV. Wood fireplace in L.R. & propane firepit on deck.We were greeted with a nice guest basket in the frig: wine, cheese, chocolate. Enough pillows & blankets for an army. Queen bed in 1 room. Other has bunk beds with full-sized mattresses-actually quite comfy. Notebook with lots of info, how-to's and local ideas. Unless there were stairs we didn't find (we looked), beach is a bit longer walk, including a section of hill as steep coming back up as it is going down. It was a nice beach with lots of people on it. You can drive there is about 5 minutes-free parking lot & toilets. The manager (& owner I think) was easy to reach, & flexible about check-in & -out times. Got directions (easy) etc from her ahead of time. Nice place to hang out."
"Very cute and clean property w/great view of the ocean from the main room. Nice outdoor space our dogs could potty and play. Comfy bed. Fast internet. We worked while there and were both able to set up our laptops to see the view while working. The property description said there was a shared deck & a hot tub on our level, which was for guests in upstairs unit; what I didn't realize is that it is pretty much directly outside that picture window. So if people are using the hot tub, you have to shut the window and blinds (and the blinds don't come quite all the way down, leaving a small gap) or feel like a voyeur. The first guests were cool about it, tho it was awkward for all of us at first. We all got a laugh, and they decided to come back and soak after we were done eating diner. The next guests were a larger group with kids, and the whole group used the hot tub and talked loudly right up to the 10 pm quiet time. We could hear every word, even with the window shut and TV on, and our dogs barked because there was a group of strangers right outside the window that they could hear and see through the gap at the bottom of the blinds. There is a privacy screen for the hot tub, which no one seemed to know to use--maybe a sign would help. Otherwise, it was perfect, and it really was just the one night out of 6 that was an issue. (If you have dogs that bark at strangers or weird sounds, just be prepared.)"
"We had a corner room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the ocean out the windows. Spacious for 2 people, all amenities, clean and quiet. In a word, perfect. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a great place for a couple. It was very clean. The kitchen is small but mighty. The appliances and kitchenware were of high quality, significantly better than those in most places we've stayed. The beach and cafes are a short walk away. The local contact person, Sarah was responsive. Great experience all around. We would definitely stay here again. "
