"You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work either, which made doing my hair a bit annoying. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. With that said, I would hope with how much they charge they could fix it up a bit. Maybe the more expensive rooms are better but still paying over 200 a night for our room made us question if we would ever be back to this property. I would give a 2 stars but the 3 stars is for the location which you cannot beat. "

"The location of this property was awesome. It was everything we wanted for our vacation: beach access, hot tub, and dog friendly. Watching the sunsets from house were definitely one of our highlights."

"This was our 2nd time staying here, the location is good, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans etc. Hot tub feels private. Bed is so comfy! This time we had asked about extending our stay and received generic response. We also had an issue with the hot tub not heating up, same generic response. I called the direct line for Casago and was able to get help the same evening (at 9pm) so that was really appreciated. Overall we love this property. The fees were hard to understand. It says 195/night but with fees it was 649 for 2 nights during the week."

"Great location and property. Muliple beach views, 5 min. walk to the beach. Quick drive to Tillamook, trails etc. We will definitely be back!"

"Coffee in the morning looking out over the ocean was wonderful. Having a media room and a separate sitting room with a view was really relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Only suggestion would be to screenshot the door access code and wifi password before going in to Cape Meares. We have T-Mobile and did not have service. "

"This place was amazing! Such a great view! If you are collecting shells go through the cave to the other side! Check out times for low and high tide! Enjoy your stay! We loved the ocean!"

"The property was welcoming to the pet that we brought with us, the house was clean when we arrived, but we did have issues with ants in the kitchen, dining area, and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The location had ant spray on hand, but we couldn’t leave any food on the counters or table - everything had to be in sealed containers or put in the fridge. The house had beautiful views, and some cool features like the spiral staircase. The dog was unable to go up and down the stairs, but they did give the house a unique feel. Checking in was a little unnerving as we didn’t get the code until we were about an hour away - I think this was due to me requesting an alternate ID confirmation (via email) than the third party process that is the usual route most people go through, and we had limited internet connection on the drive there. Overall, we had a nice time, but for the price we paid, I would have appreciated not having to deal with so many ants around the house. "

"We had a good time, we were disappointed that in the description that it was a 6 minute walk to the beach not sure what route that was supposed to be as we never seen a path down the side of the mountain. Views were amazing the trees do need to be trimmed. We did have to connect with the host about the security system and they were quick to get the low battery alarm taken care of. "
