Lovely staff with a pleasant and efficient check in. Complete suites with everything one needs for a short or longer stay. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice place. Convenient. Efficient.

Clean helpful staff

Friendly staff, bright clean apartment with lots of amenities

Quiet building with good amenities including the gym and pool. We had a 7th floor apartment with an ocean view. Great location near the beach and restaurants.

Clean spacious apartment. A/C worked well and beds comfortable. Located in a good area with cafes, restaurants and train nearby. Will definitely come again!

Overall, an excellent one night stay. Mike at the front desk was amazing, and the unit we stayed in was clean and large enough for my husband, and 3 teens. Nothing negative to say, would recommend!

This apartment hotel was outstanding! Our suite was incredibly roomy and very well appointed. Laundry in our room, panini griddle, toaster, dishwasher etc and a grocery store right across the road. It was just a short walk to the riverside and to the ferry. Could ask for more in my opinion. Wish we were staying longer! Highly recommend this property if it fits your budget.

Excellent place to stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. One of the best features was the underground parking, which made everything so convenient and secure. Having a washer and dryer available was also amazing, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well maintained, clean, and exactly what I needed. Great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would happily stay here...

Checking in was simple, room was beautiful - tastefully decorated and the air conditioning was a refreshing break from the summer heat. Our room had a view of the river and the city, and balcony was very private. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much that we wished we could stay longer. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was reasonably priced, and public transportation was very accessible - city cat station only a block away. Will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit...

Amazing service, my partner just arrived in Australia after a 36 hour journey so I asked if we could check in early. Not only did they save us a room to do so, but also upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom appartment with a big smile!! Talk about service! Incredible quality for price and I have been in many hotels around the world. Also, even if the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, everything you need is walking distance.

We traveled from Canada, and we’re uncertain as to where we we should be staying and took a chance on hotel Diana Firstly, we found the property a little tricky to find but once we found it, the check-in was excellent. The staff we found was outstanding and very attentive to whatever we needed. Just be aware that there are a couple of locations for hotel Diana’s in the immediate area. I believe they’re all alone by the same company. We were a little surprised that there was large, handicap,...

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Found the Internet charge a bit heavy, Great shopping , restaurants and nite life was next door

Really good location but most businesses around close before 4pm including restaurants
