Property is squeaky clean, open living makes it easy to keep clean & tidy. Quiet at night time & located close to all local amenities for socialising, accessing services and minutes from shops such as chemist, woolworths even if your just walking. Noticed that it is also suitable for people requiring wheelchair accessibility which is not always considered for some accommodation options.
