The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor. These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but our 21st floor unit was excellent - a bit tatty, but very clean, with a full and well stocked kitchen - oven, microwave, hobs and dishwasher. Amazing views too, and a small balcony. The level 4 pool, hot tub, gym and relaxing area were very nice, clean, and well patronised. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, and one lift was out for service, but minor issues. The location is awesome too - a few minutes walk from South Brisbane Station with direct trains to the airport. Right on the arts and museum precinct, very handy and walkable spot.
