The staff were so friendly and helpful, not just the reception but the cleaners, the maintenance guys, everyone. Special mention to Spike, the four-legged receptionist, who was very happy to greet me with a very waggy tail as he went for a walk!

I cannot recommend Quest Cannon Hill enough, I have stayed here a couple of times now when visiting Brisbane and I am always so impressed by the customer service and and quality of rooms. Perfect for a long stay, excellent facilities and great staff. I would like to give an extra shout out to Courtney for her care while staying at the hotel and say Well done on the implementation of accessibility aids to ensure all visitors are cared for during their stay.

Everything was great but I had a good feeling about it when first impressions start with the reception staff who were just lovely & so helpful. My request for an apartment on the top floor was a nice surprise & then the apartment itself was so sparkly & clean & well equipped. Will happily stay again & as a first timer staying with Quest would have no hesitation booking any of their properties. Forgot to also mention how great it was to have secure undercover parking at no extra cost & with a maximum height of 2.3mtrs. Very rare.
