Helpful instructions sent to email. No problem with retrieving keys from safety box on arrival and leaving keys in drop box on checkout. Helpful staff. Room very comfortable and a good size. Included a kitchen and washer and dryer. Had a river view and a pleasant area to stay with river walks and city cat within close proximity. Basic accommodation and very well located. Don’t expect anything more. My only issue is we left a Dyson hairdryer behind when we traveled to Byron Bay and nobody could tell us where it went.
