« Colleagues from all over the country met here in Sacramento and stayed at this lovely home. The outdoor space is beautiful and was a fantastic backdrop for work, food and conversation. Unfortunately, it rained during part of our stay, but the comfortable indoor space met all our needs for the weekend. The host was tremendously, responsive, and helpful. I would stay here again »

« This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! The owners were so accommodating, gracious, sooooo easy to contact. I just cannot say enough good things about...

« We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening. Thank you for a great stay! »

« Beautiful property and wonderful host. Close property was well maintained and provided beautiful areas for lounging and picnicking. Plenty of room beyond that for exploring and hiking. The host was gracious and spent some time talking to us, however was not invasive at all and afforded us plenty time to ourselves. Really enjoyed the animals and meeting the desert tortoise. 100% will stay again in the future. »

« Our group stayed an entire week in this property and loved the cute neighborhood, safe location with lots of easy parking, and convenience of nearby shopping and services. We made a few recommendations for improvements, particularly in the very sparsely stocked kitchen. The hosts were super receptive and communicative, and have hopefully implemented some of our suggestions. There’s nothing major, but if you want things like serving dishes, decent pans, a full length mirror, or any cleaning...

« In the listing it says you need to provide ID. There is no way to attach a photo in the inbox feature and no e-mail and the host didn’t reach out regarding the situation until day of. I ended up having to send my id to customer service and have them forward it to her. The worst part of my experience was the assumption the host made of me bringing “unauthorized guests” instead of just reaching out to inquire about their concerns. My friend and I rented a room each and came down from Oregon...

Zhong was very responsive when we had an issue and took care of things immediately. This would be a perfect house if you need to work remotely as there were several areas to set up your space. »
