"Our stay was very good overall, but there were a few things that could use some improvement. The towels and washcloths were somewhat thin and rough. The first morning the water was not as hot as I prefer for my shower, plus the shower head only had two settings. Our TV remote worked rather sketchily, even after replacing the batteries."

The man at the front tried to help and be accommodating but we decided to stay elsewhere , so we received a full refund with no problem."
