The place is extremely organized. Each guest is assigned a locker for luggage. The rooms/capsules are clean, Free ramen and for breakfast you get a free curry. Toothbrush towels and robes all provided. The building is a bit older and has a faint musky smell which to be honest I didn’t notice anymore after 5 min.

My friend and I had a wonderful time here and the pictures were true to reality. They gave you pajamas, towels, slippers and even a bath mat to use everyday. Linens are changed everyday which is better than most hotels.
It took a minute to get used to the lockers and amenities which are on a separate floor from the bunks. But it was very convenient and saved time when both of us could use any of the 6 sinks and 4 shower stalls.
It was also surprisingly very quiet in the capsules. Everyone...

Great location. Close to a couple of metro stations and LOTS of restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but considering there a lots of international tourists, there was some language Barrier when trying to communicate with them. The only other major flaw was that there’s only 1 elevator for 10 floors. But overall it was a great experience.

The property was super clean, cozy and quiet. It was lovely being next to Kanda station and a quick train ride away from anything. I chose 9h for my 3 day stop in Tokyo and as a solo woman it was perfect. I especially liked that there was a space to do my hair and makeup with good lighting. The other girls were quiet and respectful and I felt very comfortable here. Everyday you are provided a new bag of linens which is also great. 100% I will stay again next time I come to Tokyo.

Best place to stay on a budget, super clean and felt safe. I took the women only cabin. Have all you need and a laundry area as well. Literally near the Kagurazaka station the Tozai Line, you step ou and the station is right there. Wifi provided, great place overall will definitely come back.

Had an unexpectedly good stay here, and I’d definitely consider staying here again. Great value for a clean and secure place to shower and sleep, but definitely know what to expect first (and don’t expect a hotel!).
I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone, but it’s a decent option for solo or light travelers who just need a place to sleep. Or, stay for your first night in the city (ie. before doing any shopping!) just for the novelty :)

Its an older property but very well maintained and cleaned. A bit dated but the space and the services compensate. If you're not too fussy and and not too picky, this place is perfect.

It can be a bit of a culture shock if you're not used to a Japanese capsule hotel (and also important to understand that these aren't meant to be the Ritz)
If you know what to expect, it's fine for what it is: a cheap place to sleep, near a major train station (Shinjuku) with lots of dining/entertainment options nearby.
The public bath is nice as is the sauna and they've upgraded their blankets/pillows in the capsules.
Basically, bring a pair of earplugs and don't wait until the last minute...
