"The bathroom needed upkeep. Leaky faucet and barely any water pressure at the sink and in the shower. Housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. Had to call to get towels at the front desk in the evening. Rude staff member at the breakfast area rushing me away from coffee station to restock the creamers. Decent stay but nothing to write home about. "

"We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again."

"The hotel was nice, the staff friendly. Did not have the breakfast. Parking was easy. I booked a king room with a Sofabed. My room did not have a Sofabed. The courtyard was nice. The pool area needs work. The hot tub had no bubbling just hot water. "

"Simple accommodations. The hotel was in bad need of renovations. The amenities were few. Fortunately, everything was in working order. The breakfast dining area was extremely small with tables crammed in. "

Also, My room black out curtain remote did not work. I went to the front desk and the manager old me that they would send someone to my room while I was out for the day to make repairs. I got back that night and still broken and no update as to whether they came to my room or not. I would have scored better if they had just updated me like “we needed parts” but to say nothing or leave a note meant to me that they didn’t care. "
