The room was a bit dated, but everything was very clean and every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff in particular was excellent- kept it super clean and well stocked at all times. Nothing fancy about the place but would not hesitate to stay again. Cleanliness was top notch.

Breakfast was really good but they never did get our door key to work properly. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the outside of the rooms, such as doors needs serious upgrades.

Convenient location. Clean room. I was just there to sleep while attending the Maryland Seafood Festival. Parking was fine. Breakfast was okay. I had just spent two days pigging out on Maryland seafood. Okay for breakfast is a compliment!

The outside of the property is nothing fancy but my room was beautiful and extremely clean. Was very impressed. The front desk person at check in was very helpful and kind. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was awful. No support, lumpy, and worn out. Don't let them put you in room 142, you'll wake up with a backache. Staff was nice, the room was mainly clean except for some mold by the tub.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The ice maker was working. Great breakfast with hot eggs and meat, and automatic pancake maker. Our room was in the first floor. We were able to park right outside our room.

Room was clean but smells old. Air conditioning was working well. Checked in was just okay. The front desk staff was not friendly and never smiled. Very intimidating. The staff in the breakfast buffet was very nice and friendly. We’ve been coming in BW once or twice a year. Nice location.

Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly. The check in with the gentleman was outstanding. He gave us recommendations on what we could do. All in all definitely a well must stay hotel.

The place was clean- our room and surrounding areas. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We were quite taken aback with the room set-up and were a bit uncomfortable with our room’s direct access to the outside space. But all went well.May we suggest that management add more greens/plants outside to make the atmosphere more “homey”

This is a solidly good place to stay in the Annapolis area. Easy access to highway 50, nearby dining, well-maintained property and rooms, plenty of parking, a great breakfast. You can not find better, even when you pay more. This is a motel, not a 5-star hotel, so there is not room service, nobody carries your luggage. If you are on the 2nd floor you have to climb the steps yourself, toting your luggage. But this is what you expect from a motel. And you get what, or more than, you pay for. All-in-all a great facility. We have stayed there before and will stay there again.
