« This property is in the perfect location for visiting downtown Galena. It’s an easy walk to everything on Main Street and to the Depot and Belvedere Mansion. The pictures of this house don’t do it justice! It’s beautifully designed and well appointed. Street parking was very convenient. »

« It was a great place for our girls’ weekend of old high school friends, with room for all 10 of us comfortably, including a few others who stopped by for a few hours one afternoon. Only suggestion would be to have one or two more chairs in that front parlor on the first floor. 60 yr old folks can only sit on the floor for so long… Loved the proximity to Main St, too. »

« Nice home in a great location - close to the river, parks and downtown. It's a perfect size for a couple or a family. Lots of comfy seating upstairs in the living room. We visited over a hot weekend in July and the AC kept us cool and comfy - such a plus. The large windows overlooking a wooded area were lovely - we remarked how pretty it must be in fall or winter too. »
