Airport transfer to hotel with Ahmed was excellent. He was so informative, it was like being with a tour guide. Hotel is small and on a very busy, noisy, dirty main road. All the staff were lovely and thank you to Mido for making us feel so welcome. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids was amazing.
Do not have high expectations of the hotel. It is small and in need of redecorating, just needs repainting everywhere and a few things fixed - like both TVs in our room did not work and our towel rail was hanging off the wall. But the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. We used the provided ear plugs, to block out the constant noise of the beeping traffic, which you hear all over Cairo, and we all slept really well. Air con was great.
Note that there is no lift, so my 81 year old mother had to climb the flights of stairs to the third floor each time. It was ok for us.
I would recommend this place for the breakfast, the staff and the beautiful view. If you want luxury, go elsewhere and pay more money.

The place, the pyramids. the staff and breakfast are amazing. Abdo, Seif and Abd- Elrahman are such a blessing to deal with. Very kind and gives you positive energy. Highly recommended!

Our stay was super!
1. Check-in was super easy and quick. The lady at the reception was excellent; she took us to our room, explained the terrace pyramid view, rooftop, and breakfast, and helped us with taxi bookings, etc. 10/10
2. The cleaning lady did an exceptional job; the room was super clean, cool AC, with no dust or hair. Bed linen was changed every day, and new towels were provided. 10/10
3. Restaurant staff, Fuad and Soudia, really took care of us, serving us the best breakfast we had. Tables were full of food, and it tasted excellent. The kids really loved the falafel. There was a variety of main dishes during our 3-night stay. 10/10
4. The hotel provides a tour package that is lower in price than major tour operators.
5. 5 minutes by walk to Pyramids Giza gate, so that will make your stay excellent, you will not hear any honking from the cars.
