The hotel is clean and the staff are really very helpful and friendly (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, etc.). The restaurant is very good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations and views, but the restaurant service could use some improvement.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in wonderful location, spotlessly Clean wonderful shower, helpful staff I can’t think of anything I would change

They run a tight ship here. Everything is beautiful. You can’t ask for a better location, breakfast, serene like atmosphere. Staff could not have been better. Don’t forget to visit the roof top

Awesome hotel!! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, gotta try the Encebollado ;) Great location, nearby park, and shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are spacious, very clean ..the lotion smells so good! Loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool! Nearby flower stand sells 2 dozen long stem roses for $1! Love, love Quito :)
