"This location is convenient to the highway, for an overnight stay and dinner with our grandson who lives in town. We’ve stayed here before, the price is right, balanced with easy parking, the space and comfort of the room, and onsite bar. For someone staying longer, I think I could recommend for the pool (which looks lovely), and activities available. Staff are friendly, property is clean and has been improved recently, again, a good balance for the money. Restaurant is a bit over-priced (IMO), but service and food were good."

Island Grand at TradeWinds

"Very friendly staff, amenities galore, always something going on and things to do with the kids. Only complaint would be the shower. When a hotel caters to families, a pull down showerhead would be so beneficial!! The littles had a hard time getting shampoo and conditioner out. And of course as a female, I much prefer a pulldown showerhead, sand gets everywhere!"

"How is a little displeased because the elevator kept going out? We also got woke up on one morning with the alarm going off the fire alarm called the front desk and got a rude employee and I also don’t like that. I did not get a final bill when I checked out."

"The view from our balcony was beautiful but no privacy from the other balconies. The room was average at best, very hot upon arrival and multiple outlets didn’t work. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was pathetic. The pool was very cloudy all week, either a result of improper water chemistry or filtration. Eat breakfast elsewhere."

"We arrived on a Saturday night at midnight to a lobby full of drunk young adults. Nearly an hour later we were sent to our room, which we found was dirty. And I don't just mean that the housekeeper forgot it. There was trash behind the bed & nightstand. There was one place to plug anything in & it was on one side of the bed, leaving the next person to charge their electronics in the ONE other outlet in the room. The couch was stained, the mattress felt like it hadn't been changed out since 1979. The bathroom was filthy. The shower had not been cleaned; there was hair, dirt, dust, sand, mold all over the shower. There was toothpaste or lotion smeared on the shelf in the bathroom. The windows & the coverings were inadequate, outstated, and also dirty. The entire facility except for the lobby felt like it hadn't been updated since the 90's. The lobby was polished with newer furniture, and smelled nice. It almost felt like a trap once we got up to our room & saw the tragedy of the room. We decided to go to the "sister company" which was the Hilton next door. I spent about 2 hours back & forth between the hotel & Expedia trying to get my riembursment. I will likely not use Expedia in the future due to the major inconvenience of having to fight to get my money back."

"Sirata property was easily assessable to the beach, which is a plus for me. The location of the property was easy access to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my stay and would return to the property. The restaurant on the property had delicious meals. The property was clean. The pool was small."

"Loved this adorable boutique hotel - the vibe of the pool area was great- loved the chill music playing ! Food great at outdoor bar! Small bathroom in the king bedroom but overall charming hotel!"
