Zota resort exceeded our expectations with excellent service, spacious room, luxurious bedding and toiletries, direct access to a great beach.

LBK was absolutely amazing! We loved it so much and can’t wait to go back. The staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable, grounds/ beach were beautiful. Very kid friendly which was great for our 2 year old. If your looking to stay in the area, this is the best spot hands down. It is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Was great

Excellent happy hours five days week and great selection for breakfast

Nicely located, beautiful property

Great hotel and staff are VERY friendly and helpful!! We got in early 10am knowing our room wouldn't be ready. They offered us bags of ice, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach while we waited. Rooms are clean and spacious with full kitchen. Park the car and everything is going short walk away!

Love the location and proximity to dining in downtown Sarasota. Gym does need updating and the pool was busy on a summer day as expected. Service at the pool was great.

This is a fantastic hotel for spending time in Sarasota. It has a cool, modern and upscale vibe; it’s well located with easy access to all major amenities, including the beautiful Lido Beach.

Definitely coming back! We were looking for a place we can come to year after year and this is the place. Everything was perfect and rooms are comfortable. The photos taken were from room #1411 , a one bedroom with balcony…spacious room with a kitchenette.

Can't beat the location, just steps away from the beach! Beautiful walk down Canopy Road trail system to downtown Venice. Delicious coffee available all day. Nice pool to cool off in and read during the hot time of the day. Very relaxing vacation.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very helpful in making our 6 day stay comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!

Very clean and friendly staff.

The staff was awesome. The hotel was awesome. No complaints at all. I will stay here again.

only complaint was the stay was too short! nice property, very well kept, close to the beach and everything you need is waking distance.
