Probably the best limited-service hotel I've ever visited. Three years old; looks like it opened yesterday. Great staff. Typical limited service breakfast. Clean, well-designed rooms. Really convenient to all things Lakewood Ranch. I'll be back.

Liked everything about the property, except the beds--overly firm! Both beds were this way. Sleep was fitful and all were sore/achy when getting up. The room was very clean and well cared for--staff was kind and helpful.
