The staff was awesome and very helpful and welcoming!! Enjoyed our stay.

We were put in a handicapped room, which wasn’t necessary. It was very sparse. The lighting in bath & living area was terrible. Otherwise, we stayed there 2 nights because I didn’t want to repack, and move

Great room. Very comfortable and staff was very helpful. Love staying when I go to Louisville. Close to everything downtown.

I didn’t like the room in general. I didn’t like the layout at all. The bathroom was right up front. There was no place to hang towels. The closet was very inconvenient if someone was trying to get ready. The lighting was horrible.. very dark. I didn’t even notice the refrigerator (under the sink) for awhile. There was no place in the shower to sit any products. The products that were available in the shower were very hard to use due to where the shower head was placed. I didn’t like the breakfast situation. We ended up going somewhere else where we could sit down and get waited on. It wasn’t clear where to park when we first arrived. We stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. The sink in the bathroom took up most of the room on the countertop and there wasn’t any room to sit anything else. I will say it was in a great location and made it easy to walk to any downtown activity. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend it and only picked it because most other hotels I checked downtown were already booked.
