Hotel is currently under a lot of renovations…. Staff was wonderful, but the rooms in the Hill House are not great. I’m sure they’ll improve with the renovation.

Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist.

If you have kids, this is the best place to be in, in Lincoln. It's not too hard on pocket. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Lots of activities for kids within the resort. Hot tub and swimming pools are awesome. Everything is nearby. Great restaurants around within 3-5 mins. Overall- it's lovely.

I went there with my two grandchildren and it was perfect! This was my second year taking them there for a school vacation get away and they loved it. As my five year old granddaughter stated - it’s a lovely princess hotel.
