"Really great location just off Rt 1 & super close to Rt 27 that brings you down to BoothBay. Double level buildings so you may hear feet on floor above yours if they walk loudly. Simple continental breakfast was included in our booking. Non carpeted flooring which I LOVE! sink and mirror were outside of toilet and shower closet area. Very clean and tidy building and grounds. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning! Definitely would stay here again but ask for a room in the actual house. Our room was located in adjacent to the house which was still nice but probably nicier if you get to stay in the house. There are no elevators so you need to be able to carry your luggage up a flight. Excellent B&B"

"Rooms were fine, floors need a good washing and the bathroom had a musty odor. The breakfast eggs, sausage and the like were all very salty. They had gluten free yogurt but the toppings all had gluten in them. The gluten free muffin - Udi contained 48% sugar. Appreciate the effort . Banana and apple offering was much appreciated. Overall it’s a B."

"Great spot overlooking the harbor, within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants … including a yummy coffee/breakfast spot directly across the street. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, nice toiletries. Parking is a bit of a challenge even with their dedicated lot."
