"Loved the 3 bedroom suite, was perfect for our family to stay after tubing with SacoBound, which is right across the street. Also had a pool, picnic tables, a playground, fire pits, etc. outside, which was great for the kids. Overall very pleased with our first visit to this motel. "

"This was the third consecutive year my wife, twin college-age sons and I have stayed at this home. It is spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful deck overlooking Moose Pond and a nice waterfront for boating (which we don't do ) and swimming. Tony is very responsive, from the beginning of the reservation process until the end of our stay. The house is clean and well-kept. I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Excellent base for family reunion of 3 generations (9 adults, 7 children). Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, the pool and air hockey tables were much appreciated and the dock/swimming area was great. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and the dock was sturdy. This was the first time we’ve rented a place without bedding and towels included and it was a bit of a hassle to bring our own, but wouldn’t stop us from renting again. All in all, a great week and we’re grateful for the memories!"
"We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend! We hope to visit again and enjoy the kayaks. Thank you!"

"I run a bakery and Christmas takes its toll on me, this was the best week off I've taken in awhile. Enough room for my sister and he kids to come stay for us to celebrate Christmas. Room to relax. A well stocked kitchen, a great tub, we made fires. It was so lovely"
