Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free. Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem. We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.

yes also no hot water or heating appears to be an ongoing issue very disappointing

I stayed for 4 days, and it was great. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked also plenty of fruit and cereals. Basically Breakfast heaven. My room was set out great, bathroom was well provided with shampoo, soap etc. Definitely staying again.
