Casino was clean, but smoke traveled to the non smoking area.

Second visit was better then the first one.

Im going too keep it short a sweet, and I didn't make a big deal of it at the time because it was a much needed get away for me and my wife. Phone staff completely useless, online help threw the Expedia app never answered, front desk apon check in very welcoming, room service knocked on the door like they had a warrant(pissed me off) and be careful of the tripple tip they try too get threw the phone then in person, front desk apon checking out could tell me a straight answer why I was charged/ extra money was held when the kiosk wanted to charge me double at check out, room seemed like it hadn't been used in ages dust everywhere, rust in the bathroom furniture and smelt like smoke with what looked like cigarette ashes on the toilet paper holder, the bedding wasn't changed had little things of garbage in it, lights in the room unplugged. Casino almost completely dead late night Valet great, the food on property absolutely amazing great portions, fresh fruit, the bakery worth the drive down by itself All together will not stay there again but would definitely take a visit for the food from a nother hotel. So a 3/10 overall. ( And a week later, my money still hasn't been released.)

Nice; breakfast excellent; parking great; needs more towels and better amounts of bath products.
