"Stayed there on 1st of July during our 8days in Hokkaido, got a tatami room for 4 adults with buffet breakfast & dinner,room was clean and nice but very hot as it's located at a corner of 1 of the tower where the morning & afternoon sun shines brightly throughout. Very crowded hotel with lots of local tourist, front desk speak good English. "

"Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are great especially the lounges are very spacious. There are plenty of spaces in the hotel for relaxation. "The owner lady and her are delightful. The room is facing the sea which is creating dramatic atmosphere. Just the stairs are a bit hard to carry luggage’s, but the owner’s son gave us big help to carry the cases for us. Overall fantastic experience to stay in Shari."
