Close to the bus terminal, and just a few minutes walk from a hypermart Although there seem to be multiple dining options around the hotel, seems like quite a number do not cater to non-japamese speaking Room is clean and we'll furnished. The public bath is a plus

This is nice place to stay in Abashiri. It is right in the middle of town with a 7-11 across the street, on-site parking, and multiple restaurant options within walking distance. The service was very good with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The bed was small (a full size not a queen), but comfortable. The air conditioner did not work. The room was exceptionally small. I would stay here again, as long as the room had a working air conditioner during the summer!

Loved this spot mainly because of the great customer service. I wanted to visit this port town and it wasn’t too far from the JR Abashiri station. The staff was really friendly and helped us get a taxi going back to the station and also helped me find where to get a souvenir doll from the town. The room was nice. A little small, but that’s normal for Japan. It was clean. I liked the toothbrushes they give out and brush. The WiFi in the room worked well and there were a few plugs. The sauna on 9F is pretty great and even has an outside spa overlooking the snowy town. Really great way to start my morning before checking out. They also offer free laundry which I wish more hotels did. You only have to pay to dry your clothes. Recommend!

The hotel itself is fine, it’s about 12 mins walk from JR station. The main problem is the area around JR Abashiri and the hotel. Before 11am and b/w 1430-1700hrs, you could not find any cafes /restaurants for breakfast, tea break and early bird dinner. It is not recommended for whom travelling by JR train/ intercity bus, without self-driving. Lost much time on connecting bus and train but no good meal as a return.

ご飯屋さんやコンビニも近くてよかったです。 清潔でゆっくり眠れました。夜鳴きそばも美味しかったです。 部屋はシャワーのみでしたが全く問題なかったです。温泉のフロアには無料のアイスがあったり、広くはないですが漫画を読めるところがあって、息子も満喫してました。
