Staff is very polite and helpful. It is very easy to reach the hotel from the airport as there is an airport limousine line connecting to arriving/departing flights in Memanbetsu airport. There is also bus stop of “Doko Bus” (which is by reservation only) next to the hotel, which travel to the Abashiri downtown and other attractions, but the service is rather limited so I strongly recommend to rent a car or hire a taxi unless time is not your concern. It has a Chinese feel to it with big heavy seating in the lobby. Very helpful staff. The hotel is older and the wing where we stayed is in need of an upgrade. The hotel hosts hosted multiple large school groups during our stay. But they Need to be clean more often. The bed was very comfortable. The public bathtub were clean. But we have to keep pushing the handle in order to keep running water.
