There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! Every staff member seemed to know my name - warm, welcoming & so helpful. For example, my iPhone had liquid detection so would not charge with a cord.
