"Easy to find, plenty of parking. Super friendly staff. Has a great restaurant on site, usually with live music and an outdoor seat area with fire pit. Lots of trails and walking paths on the grounds. The room we had was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Room had fridge/tv/ hair dryer/ iron etc. Would stay again."

"Took a while to check in. There was a group that had kind of taken over the lobby and the hotel. I asked if there was a quiet room towards the end of the hall. I was given the room right next to the elevator. The walls and floors were not sound proof and I could hear the conversations at night (like actually hear what they were saying). Fortunately they got quiet after 11 and it didn't go on all night. We were also charged a pet fee of $30 a dog that I didn't know about when I booked. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean."

"My stay at this hotel was Everything. We had no problem with parking. There was dove products in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and even lotion. If you run out of something the staff at the front desk replaces it immediately. Everyone was so nice. You get free coffee all day long or hot tea and breakfast in the morning. So many options for whatever you like fresh and hot. Or if you just want cereal that was there to. If your looking for a nice hotel to stay in Tullahoma. Holiday Inn is the best way to go. I will stay here every time I visit. %100"

"Okay for a night."

"When I first got there it was raining and I had to pull my suitcase from across the parking lot to the door. There’s no overhang so I got wet. I had a long 10hr drive to get there so I was wet and tired. When I got to the desk to check in I was asked if I wanted to keep my 2nd floor room or did I want a room on the 1st floor. Asking why, I was told the elevator doesn’t work. And I would have to carry my suitcase up to flights of stairs. As nice as that young man was that was a stupid question. Of course I’m gonna want a first floor room, and I still have to carry my heavy suitcase up 4 steps. In the morning breakfast consist of stale cereal, boiled eggs it taste like rubber and Coffee that taste burnt. Needless to say I did not eat breakfast this morning. I chose to get some fruit out of the cooler in my car instead. This day was not exactly the most pleasant day I’ve had in a hotel. I was planning on staying there on my way back to Florida. However, I have canceled that reservation and I will stay somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager I spoke to was less than helpful. I’m sure her hands are tied in what she can take care of. Corporate has control over how this hotel is run and are the only ones that can do anything about the elevator and the breakfast bar. The coffee maker just needs to be cleaned out to get rid of the burnt taste.. the room itself. Was pretty clean. I have no complaints there."
