The building and room were clean. The check in staff was nice and very helpful. The only difficulty we encounter with the staff was the night before we were to leave. My husband and I stopped by the front desk to check shuttle times because we had a flight the next day at 5:20 am. When my husband asked the elderly gentleman what time did the shuttle run, he answered very curtly every 15 minutes. It was like my husband was bothering him. The other problem iI had with them was that I paid for some upgrades from my last visit and didn't receive them. If you stay here, don't upgrade.You will only be disappointed. "Stayed in a lodge double queen room, slopeside on the 3rd floor during Autumn Fest with our children. I loved the room had 2 queen beds, balcony and view of the slopes and trees. There was a long desk area to put things. Loved the exposed rustic beams. The room and bathroom definitely need updating. ..."
