« If you are looking for quaint and family friendly… this is your spot. We spent the 4th of July here, and felt general comradery with other guests and staff. Adults told older children to look out and help the littles and shared toys. Resort bonfires encouraged kids to get involved my daughters got to play tambourine and dance… guests cheered them on which made my 6 year olds night. This trip was refreshing for the soul. « The door doesn’t seal well and let mosquitoes come in. The convertible couch was 90% springs, 10% mattress, extremely uncomfortable. There is nothing inside to room to put you luggage quickly accessible once the convertible is open, and no place to hang clothes. The room is quite old and will need some maintenance. Good point was the breakfast, and the proximity to the Broadway Street. »

« The room was filthy, looked like the bathroom floor had never been cleaned, ever! There was no soap, or shampoo, or Kleenex in the room at all! There were no washcloths in the room at all! The king-sized bed had queen sized sheets covering the mattress (part of the Mattress). « Breakfast was filling everyday! The staff made sure every food item was filled. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping. I would highly recommend Best Western Baraboo Inn for a great stay! »

« Doors in building B are really heavy and slam shut whenever people enter/leave rooms. Ours had about an inch gap so it was really noisy. Waterpark was fantastic. »

« The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts. »

« The resort in general was great! The pool and lake property definitely kept me cool on the hot days I was up there. The only thing that I believe needs improvement, is that there were some marks on the shower curtain, old stains on the couch, and some scratches on the bathroom walls. Just minor things like that that can use some tending to. »
