For a really low price, you got your own room which is fairly decent. But do expect the bare minimum. There are two floors to tye hostel but if you're on the other floor that is not the reception floor you will have to climb the stair.

バスルームがほぼなく、シャワーだけだったので、お風呂に入れなかった。また2人で使うには部屋が狭すぎた。スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったが、部屋の設備が少し残念だった。

The owner was so rude. The homestay’s room was so small than expected. The experience with this homestay almost ruin our Seoul’s trip. Will not recommend to anyone!

ゲストハウスに着くのが遅くなりました。ドアにルームキーと案内の手紙が貼り付けてあったので、自分たちでチェックインできたのはよかったです。 駅から近くとても便利でした。 （私たちが遅かったので）スタッフとは一度も会いませんでした。 チェックアウトの方法も教えてくれていたら、もっとよかったです。

Superb location. In the middle of city. Walking distance to palaces, insadong, myeongdong & subway station. Breakfast provided - toast breads & cereals. No fridge in room but you can used the shared kitchen fridge. Room is small but it is the same everywhere with this decent price. Staff are friendly. Water filtered available in kitchen. Adaptor are available to borrow with 10,000 deposit. Elevator available too but need to take few step of staircase and it is not quite convenient for those with heavy luggage & stroller. Overall,it is OK consider the location is really convenient & it is rather quiet at night even though it is full of bars and food shop everywhere.

光化門近くの劇場に通うためこちらに滞在しました。 徒歩で光化門も明洞も仁寺洞も行けて便利な立地でした。寝るだけでいいという方や周りのささいな音とか気にしない方にはおすすめです。

Not worth the price

Poor breakfast: only bread with jam, hard boiled egg, coffee, milk and cereal. If you are late you don’t even get bread and egg. Room is cramped and no cleaning until check out.

Do not support this business

Terrible service. They set up the rule of non refundable of all cases to tell the customers “pay $10 or get out” (yes Mr.Kim whom claimed himself a manager used the word “get out”) I asked to speak with the owner. Mr.Kim claimed that the owner couldn’t speak English and do not bother to contact him. Warning***no ones will help you here. No service mind here. We have 7months old with us. I never have anywhere charge us for infants before. We booked this place for 4 nights because they have ok reviews. Mr.Kim said “if he a human he need to be charged” “pay $10 each night or get out” we found it extremely rude and we couldn’t bare his manners. The place was very small

주변 지역과 청계천 광화문 인사동등 가까워서 좋았다. 사진보다는 청결도는 좋지않았도 에어컨 냄새와소 음이 있었습니다.

服務人員親切服務又好，雖然到達已經午夜了，房客和服務經理都熱情幫忙，很是感謝，雖然小巧，卻有家的感覺，尤其大夥兒在櫃檯那吃著簡便早餐時。

Very basic accommodations....

You'' be just fine if you don't have high expectations. Place is safe and secure. Room and bathroom is small, but that is normal in Asia. Only negative is the bed - hard, uneven and uncomfortable. Great access to and from the airport, airport bus stop is minutes 6 walk. Jonggo 1 Metro station is even closer, perfect to move around Seoul. For shopping, Myeondong is about 15-20 minutes away. Tons of restaurants and bars around.

Pleasant stay

Was a pleasant and comfortable stayed. Friendly staffs. Excellent location with lots of restaurants around, convenient traffic and easy access to most of the places. Some of the hotspots are just within walking distance. Definitely will be back here again.

Ótima localização e atendimento

Passamos três dias em Seul e tivemos a felicidade de ficar em um hostel muito bem localizado (muito mesmo). Fomos bem recebidos no check-in e guardaram nossas malas após o check-out. Internet com ótima velocidade e sem falhas. Espaço para banho era minúsculo e infelizmente a água saia toda por baixo da porta do banheiro (molhando o peque o quarto)

Nice guesthouse right in the CBD & next to metro.

The location is excellent and is within walking distance to all major attractions, metro line 1 is also within 100 footsteps. There are a lot of restaurants below the guesthouse (2 streets of restaurants) so there plenty of choices. Mr Han the owner is very friendly and helpful. My son and wife find him very funny too. Three of us traveled to Seoul and Mr Han kindly assist me with the direction and make suggestion of where to go. The room is compact yet it is comfortable with toilet/shower, wifi and tv. I will definitely go back to K Guesthouse if we are going back to Seoul in the coming future.

櫃檯經常無人，早上7:45到，等了一個鐘多，找了街上多人幫手打電話去旅館才有人開門，住五日四夜無人執房，冲涼冲左一半無水，早餐得麵包，飲品，全自助，無人幫你，食完自己清潔，住五日祇見過旅館櫃檯人三次，經常無人，下次一定會再入住。
