Actual rooms are much different to images. Run down, dirty (cup stains on counter, broken chair), no space to put a suitcase let alone open it, single hook to hang clothes on the wall, poor lighting, super noisy, very ordinary staff. I couldn't stay there so asked to cancel, forfeiting the first night. They refused and even with expedia help I couldn't get them to refund any of the stay as I didn't take photos of how bad it was. So a very expensive undertaking which felt unfair given the room is not like the one represented in the images. Awful customer service. There were marks on the exposed brick where previous visitors put out their cigarettes. The way the rooms are laid out makes this a hotel for hooking up. There were multiple times where I witnessed middle aged business men coming in late at night with colleged aged women to check in and never saw them again. The only other people I saw were other travellers that were duped into booking this hotel. The pictures make it look better than it is. The rooms are small and cramped with mold growing on the shower head and black mold around the bathroom. The bathroom sink is somehow located next to the bed. I dont how much they are paying to have this hotel advertised but its terrible.
