清渓川通りに面し、梨峴橋北北東すぐの老旧化したビルの2階以上部分に客室、橋から見えるところにあります。古宮巡りにはいい所です。1階入口はわかりにくく、夜間のチェックインでは要注意です。オーナーとの連絡は電話のみのようで、メールアドレスも明記して欲しい。北側５階の部屋は昼間でもとても静かでした。同4階以下は窓からは何も見えないでしょう。フロント、エレベーター、そして宿泊期間中の清掃も無いのでそれらを前提に検討して下さい。一人泊のため部屋の広さは十分でしたが、狭すぎるバスタブ無しのシャワーでの6連泊は、やっぱり疲れも溜まってきました。カビも厭なものです。コスパ優先の方どうぞ。 チェックイン方法の連絡も事前に貰えてスムーズにチェックインする事が出来ました。 シャワー•トイレに関しては許容できるかどうか、人によって大きく評価が分かれると思います。 ゲストハウスは初めてでしたが、気を使わずに快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 Disliked: Amenities 約1週間ほどシングルルームに滞在していました。 良かった点は専用シャワーやトイレがある内容にしては安かったことと地下鉄など交通の利便性かな。 残念な部分はこのゲストハウスの環境とシングルルームに対する正確な情報が乏しかったところ。（安いとはいえ正しい情報の元、決めたいので。。） １，このゲストハウスビルは5階建てでエレベーターがなく、重いスーツケース持ちの場合、非常にきつく厳しい。 ２，シングルルームの掲載写真がなく、一瞬スタンダードルーム部屋のイメージになりやすいが、シングルルームは専用台所や洗濯機がなく、広さも半分以下なので非常に狭い(1泊当り900円程の差なら絶対にスタンダードルームがお勧め) ３，ゲストハウスなのでこの辺は仕方ないが客室情報のように「毎日のハウスキーピング」は当然なく、ゴミやタオルも自分で処理し、2階の袋からタオルを持って来なければならない。 安い宿泊料なので批判という意味ではないが正しい情報の元、宿泊先を決めたい意味で感想を書きましたが、普通に寝るだけと交通利便性、男性の宿泊者なら悪くはないと思います。初日の社長さんも親切でした。以降不在ですが。 #####
