"Smokers outside close to the door made that smell float in. The staff member who checked me in was not professional appearing in physical clothing but in attitude. Weed smell in elevator. Room was adequate at best. Ice machine did not work on my floor and stopped working on the next I tried. When asked about my stay, I replied 'no, I didn't enjoy it' and she did not follow up reply 'oh I'm sorry ' or 'what was the issue' or 'what can we do better'. I canceled staying there on my return trip."
