I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodations were outstanding, with a spacious and comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed and ideal for exploring the area.
Service was topnotch. Maureen and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and seamless. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fantastic location.

Beautiful property, excellent room and location. The hot tub was closed for the season, but would have been wonderful to use I the 50-60 deg F weather, especially at night. Free use of a car for a day and shuttle throughout Madrid was a terrific amenity. Breakfast was wonderful, but the dinner food was a disappointment for some of our party. The staff was most friendly and accommodating.
