« Unser Aufenthalt im Apartmenthaus Jagdhof in Reith bei Seefeld war rundum sehr gelungen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben. Der Check-in hat problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert, was die Anreise besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein echtes Highlight für uns war die Sauna, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der schönen Tiroler Umgebung. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. »

« Hotel très agréable, qualité des repas excellente, le SPA est très grand, il est équipé de 2 saunas et d'1 hammam, il y a 2 piscines chauffées dont une en extérieur. Par contre rien n'est vraiment prévu pour la clientèle francophone qui se trouve bloquée par la barrière de la langue (clientèle Russe, Italienne et germanique), nous étions les seuls français dans l'hôtel. Par ailleurs le garage est à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas pratique et l'hôtel est situé en zone piétonne ce qui rend...

« Assez decevant pour un 4 étoiles vu le prix de la nuit : emplacement légèrement excentré de la ville. Des vélos sont sensés être disponibles mais en fait non. J'aurais aimé passer du temps dans le jardin mais en fait pas de transats. Côté chambre, javais une chambre simple : pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, petite serviette, salle de bain peu fonctionnelle, oreiller pas terrible. Par contre : hôtel calme, petit déjeuner super et dans une salle de restauration vraiment belle. En été, le sauna...

« The hotel has been renovated to reflect its star rating, despite what others have written in earlier reviews. The rooms are large and comfortable and cleanliness was good. The heating system is a little undersized for the area of the room. The Spa area is good and fully equipped. There are 2 large quiet areas which even if the pool is busy allow you relax. The water in the jacuzzi was a little cold for my wife. Parking at the hotel could be difficult if you are in a busy period but this is a...

Der Check-in hat problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert, was die Anreise besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein echtes Highlight für uns war die Sauna, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der schönen Tiroler Umgebung. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. »

"Avis – Expérience inacceptable au petit-déjeuner (séjour de Noël) Séjour en Autriche pendant la période de Noël, qui devait être un moment familial agréable… malheureusement terni par le comportement inadmissible d’un homme qui s’est avéré être le Directeur Régional du groupe VAYA Group. Lors du petit-déjeuner buffet, cet homme s’est montré pressé et manifestement agacé, laissant entendre des remarques désobligeantes sans raison apparente. Nous n’y avons pas prêté attention. Quelques minutes plus tard, ma fille, ne trouvant pas de verres pour le jus, s’est dirigée vers un buffet situé côté cuisine pour en prendre un, pensant naturellement qu’ils étaient destinés au service. À ce moment-là, la même personne s’est précipitée vers elle, visiblement énervée, lui a arraché le verre des mains et lui a lancé : « Pour qui vous vous prenez ? » Le tout sur un ton agressif et humiliant — à l’égard d’un enfant — le jour de Noël. J’ai dû intervenir pour calmer la situation et demander des explications sur cette façon inacceptable de s’adresser à ma fille. Au lieu d’apaiser les choses, il s’est mis à crier. Après m’être renseigné auprès de la réception, on m’a informé qu’il s’agissait du Directeur Régional du groupe. Si tel est réellement le cas, cela est d’autant plus grave. Un cadre dirigeant devrait incarner le professionnalisme, le respect et l’exemplarité — certainement pas l’agressivité envers des clients, et encore moins envers des enfants. Ce comportement est indigne d’un éta"
