"Spider webs all over the patio and chairs. Not cool with sharing a patio with neighbors. Beautiful grounds overall. "

"Not like the pictures, has not been well maintained and feels like an extra clean motel 6. I thought I was getting a great deal, Very disappointing. It was clean, the people doing the cleaning are doing a great job! Check in was awkward, guy barely spoke to me and was not friendly. Lady at check out was nice and friendly. The surrounding area is not nice. Air conditioner mades a weird loud hum noise. "

"This hotel is comfortable and clean. Feels upscale. The staff truly cares about your comfort. Large hot breakfast and social time is a plus. Good location. "

"We had booked for 4 nights, we had requested a room with a marina view. We were given a 2nd Floor room FACING A WALL. We requested a different room and were told "All rooms face a wall" and no other rooms were available. The thermostat in our room was not working and the air conditioner was very noisy. The dining room was very small and hav a very limited menu and the bartender served as the waiter and server. We checked out a day early and will not return to any Sheraton."
